    Product Specification

    The best Electrochemical Etching Machines available to mark any unpainted metal  surface.  Using their own or professionally designed stencils, even beginners find the etching process fast and easy to learn while delivering a high quality, permanent mark on all your metal parts. Easy and quick. Create your own stencils using a standard typewriter, ball point pen, or scribe and our convenient stencil roll. Etch from 0.0002 to 0.010 inches deep.  Both machines come with a supply of ECEO1, ECEO4 etching solutions, ECAMC cleaner and a 2' stencil roll.

    The Personalizer has a constant maximum output power of 12 volts at 3 amps, or 36
    watts. 115v.

    The Personalizer Plus offers a variable speed control of zero to a maximum output power of 24 volts at 3 amps, or 72 watts for faster etching. 115v. Etching Solutions allow for control of depth and work to scatter heat built up during the etching process. In addition, these solutions etch the part and develop the residue needed for contrast marks. The all purpose cleaner is for use on all metals to remove excess etching chemicals, salts, and oxides when completed. 16 oz. bottle.

    Stencil Roll is 2 1/2" x 20', pin fed for dot matrix printer or typewriter.

    NOTE:  The Personalizer and Plus work on any conductive material.  Non-conductive material cannot be etched using this method.  Material that is anodized, may no longer be conductive depending on the thickness of the anodization.  We do not recommend etching on anodized material as it will also remove the layer of anodizing.
