The 14C28N Stainless Steel is ideal for knives that require a sharp edge, stability and are corrosion resistant. This Swedish steel is easy to sharpen, water resistant and retains its edge well, making it the perfect stainless steel choice for chef knives, hunting knives and pocket knives. 

14C28N steel is also commonly used for tools that require a sharp edge, like scissors and gardening tools.
