    Product Specification

    Stay-Brite Solder is five times stronger than regular solders. It works great on steel, stainless steel, nickel, brass, and copper. Not for use on aluminum. This low-temperature solder is a must for any knifemaker. Made of 4% silver and 96% tin for free-flowing at 435 degrees. Can be used with a soldering iron or torch. The shear strength is 14,000 PSI. It is cadmium-free, lead-free, and non-toxic. The Solder Kit can not ship to a P O Box.  You must have a physical address in order for it to ship.

    Solder Kit includes:

    • 1/2 oz. of 3/64” (0.046) diameter solder
    • 1/2 oz. Stay-Clean flux
