    Merino Ram Horn Tips are used in many crafts besides knifemaking including cane making, jewelry, and inlays for musical instruments.

    Merino sheep are a breed of domestic sheep characterized by their very fine and sought after wool. The original breed was established in Spain during the Middle Ages and for several centuries was a strict Spanish monopoly. Exports were not allowed and those who tried risked the death penalty.

    Today, there are many breeds of Merino around the world. Our horn is ethically and responsibly imported from our friends in South Africa. Horn is cleaned according to International regulations.
