    Made in the USA by Jantz Supply this Cook's blade will soon become your favorite kitchen knife. We recommend you get two for sharing.

    Made with 14C28N stainless steel, our paring blade measures 10 5/8" overall with a 6" blade edge. 

    The widest part of the blade is 1 1/8" tall. 

    Tang is .06 thick. Pin holes fit 3/16" pin.
