A great additional to any commercial or home kitchen, this 6" Cleaver is a vital knife for every chef and sous chef.  Featuring a 6" high-carbon steel blade that is strong but not too heavy to swing, this blade can handle large cuts of meat and other tough cuts. 

The durable, tempered and individually ground blade will smoothly cut through skin, cartilage, and bone with ease.  This versatile cutting tool can also be used for crushing garlic, slicing vegetables, or chopping herbs. 

Handle holes are a tight 7/32 or loose 5/32.
