Counterbores and Pilots

Counterbores cut flat-bottomed recesses, such as seats for fastener heads. A compatible pilot guides the cutter in an existing hole.

Match the cutter diameter, pilot size and shank to the selected fastener and your equipment. Use the individual product dimensions rather than assuming pilots are interchangeable.
